Context
A single ladder from designed to production mixes how well something is verified with where it ran. On such a ladder, measured lab work looks stronger than real production experience, and real but unpublishable employment work has nowhere to go.
Decision
Every claim carries independent values:
- verification: designed, implemented, tested or measured
- environment: lab, reference, deployed or production
- context: employment, personal lab, reference architecture or open source
- access: public or proprietary
The audit enforces the allowed combinations. Production requires employment. A reference architecture is never deployed or measured. Proprietary evidence is capped at implemented, because nobody outside can inspect a test I cannot publish. Résumé citations require public evidence at tested or above. Employment statements are a separate, labelled bullet type.
Consequences
- Badges always show at least two axes, for example TESTED · LAB.
- No single achievement score exists anywhere on the site.
- Employment experience is shown honestly as employment, never dressed up as test results.
